Last update 7/30/2010
NOTES FROM THE MEMBERSHIP SECRETARY: January 31st has come and gone. If you have not renewed your membership, this is the last newsletter you will receive. About the 15th of February you will receive a postcard from Turners officially telling you that you have been dropped from the membership rolls. If you have been dropped from the rolls, you and your children are no longer allowed to participate in Turner functions. Names of people requesting to be dropped and of people being dropped for non-payment of dues will be listed on the bulletin board in the hallway, behind the bar and in the newsletter.
If not renewing was a mistake, you need to contact me, Joy Bodine 338-1965. There will be a $25 late charge for husband & wife renewal and $15 late charge for single renewal. These charges will not be waived because of previous notification you have received about the January 31st deadline (statement, 11/1; reminders each month in the newsletter; and reminder postcard 1/1/10).
Membership cards will be sent to you in the mail as soon as I receive them from National Turners. Please have them with you in case the bartender asks to see it and any time you participate in a National event.
If you lose your card, please let me know. I will contact National Turners to have one reissued for you.
MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE REPORT: The following persons who applied for membership in American Turners were voted in at the General Membership Meeting August 11. Mark Jornod Robert Snyder Justin & Courtney White Andrew Woods John & Patricia Holbert
